5. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive parcel and sign. We shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to address are not complete (MUST HAVE POSCODE), wrong address, wrong person name, or being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
6.If your parcels returned back to us due to possible reasons (unclaimed, wrong address given or no such person etc), customers need to pay for additional postage to post again the parcels.
7.We use national courier CityLink for delivery, customers are expected to trace your parcel from CityLink website themselves once the tracking no is given.
